Payroll 2008 uses Michigan's percentage method and is an exact tax calculation.
Unlike the table chart rates which are an approximate withholding rate.


On main form, use File, Open. Find Michigan_2008.use - Save as employee's name.

Check for City tax % rate and $dollar exemption.
