I'm no expert but aren't your fuses too high rated (or switch too low) .  I would have thought  you would want them to trip below the switches rating.
edit: or does that switch do 16a/side?

There is a thread here on fuses, it's an informative read, but I think your good there. Your wire gauge is pretty big which can work against you. Think of wire gauge like a water pipe, 60 psi at your 3/4" garden hose gives you good presser at the nozzle, but 60 psi through a 6" pipe and your PSI drops to to about nothing. All I've seen used here is 20ga. for high voltage leads. Also I don't believe you need a 16A switch, but maybe your going for the aesthetics of the switch.

But as Longwhiteclouds, I am no expert either.

Man, what are you planning to power with that thing.  That's some beefy stuff.

You might want to consider the cycle rating on that switch.  If you look at the data sheet, it lists 10,000 cycles which is pretty low.  Usually you want a switch rated for a million cycles in an e-cig, or at least 100k.

Unless you really do want to build a mod to power a 30A atomizer, you can probably use stuff with a lower rating.  14 gauge wires are really heavy, kind of over the top.

In any case, that switch and those fuses are interesting parts in that the ratings are really high on them.  The switch is rated for 16A at 125V so it can probably handle 30A at 4.2V no problem.

14ga is fine for two batts in a mech probably sony's netting 60A and pulse over ~100A,  oh yeah 14ga is fine lol.
For safety reason I would go with 18/20ga hoping it would pop over boom but with fuses --aokay lol.
Switch is fine as well,  its a ~safe monster cloud maker  :laughing2:
A Reo mech for example can be considered 2ga or lower IDK its huge gauge the whole dang unit and a thick beryllium contact only a few mm,  oh yeah  lol

Nominal wire gauge is 18ga for anything we do above 5A.  I have tested it myself from 24ga to 18 same reg mod swapped out wiring and it does make a difference to a reg.   Automotive amp gauge chart  wires are not delivering a frequency,  its ok in cars per se' not exactly what were doing but is good pointer for us..  Ever notice how huge car amp wires are that deliver frequencies oh yeah same for us..   very low v dropsy cloud maker ..

switch is 16a, has two circuits. the poles are wired to in parallel, basically making the switch 32 amp.

LED, voltmeter and on-off pushbutton (for voltmeter) will be added to the basic circuit posted.

Current progress is 1590BCB:

Wow thats niiice

thanks for that on/off button, I was looking all over for a latching on/off tact switch and there it is..

Criticism = if ya enter a competition I bid you will place in top 3. hows your coil building and underwater breathing practice to enlarge your lungs haha
Just watched rip vape a .09 4.1v@186watts  it was ridiculous humongous blast probably the biggest cloud I ever seen..  So much fun at a house party of like minders non-douche once in while suspenseful fog machining then hitting the strobe switch on the mod lol  :yes"..
