Title: Prints to Fax

I thought that this would be a worthy post if not comical:

Customers email:
Your print options is not a print option.  It's a fax.  This is a misrepresentative of your application.  I love the program, except for your so call print option.  I don't need to fax the paystub, it need to be print directly.

My Response email:
Sounds like you have your Default Printing set for the Fax and not Printer. Have you printed anything lately like a document?
Do you know how to change it in Control Panel, Printers?

Now say you're sorry about misrepresentation and I'll forgive you  .. LOL Let me know how you made out.
BTW, I assure you Payroll 2011 does not print to fax. Why would you want to send it as a fax?

Did that person really believe that the software prints a pay-stub to a fax? Geeeezzee
