Title: Did not receive registration key

I did not receive the registration key.

My Response:
The registration key was sent via email but was returned as Undeliverable. You MUST unblock the BREAKTRU SOFTWARE

email address domain, breaktru.com and add it to your APPROVED email list. Our address may be blocked by your Spam filter.

Also, notify your web service provider to white list the breaktru.com domain. I have received several

complaints that the email I sent never got through. Number one ISP was Optonline followed

by EarthLink as well as several private domains.

Lately att.net and bellsouth.net are blocking my emails for breaktru.com

Keep your PayPal account info up to date.
Make sure that you PayPal EMAIL address matches your current email address.

I can't tell you how many times customers have emailed me complaining that I did not send them the registration email, only to find out that they changed or are using a different email address than what is listed on PayPal.

Also, when filling out PayPal order page. Use a first and last name as well as a Company Name. It will help when I have to look you up to resend a lost key.
