Windows 7 and Vista Only - for backing up:
When you create a new user/employee, Vista hides the new files in the Virtual Store folder. If you open up Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files\Payroll 200x you can view or copy the files need for backing up by clicking on the "Compatibility Files" located up on the "Menu" bar.
