Acrylic - http://www.mcmaster.com/#4615t72/

No laser. Made some templates, scored, snapped, sanded, drilled, countersunk, epoxied magnets for the front cover.

The 12mm stainless steel fire switch from Alpinetech

http://www.ebay.com/itm/ATI-1205-12mm-Clicky-Low-Profile-PushButton-Switch-for-Box-Mods-Shallow-Depth-/322196703044

That is a nice switch. It's the same one I used on my last project. The David4500 DPM1.4 -CMOS in a Black ABS 1591 case.

Very cool thanks for sharing. Are you using a lipo in the mod? Have only personally used dual 18650s with any of my boards. Used a lipo once with a DNA200, one cell went bad, kind of soured using them for me.

3.7v lipo in that one. Otherwise, All my mods (which all have a board of one type or another designed by You) are using 7.4v lipos (1200 to 1500 mAh 2S's).  I've only had one go bad in the last year, and that was my 1st attempt to make my own 2S's from two 3.7's.  No issues otherwise!
