Payroll 2010 - Excel feature no longer working

Trying to wrap up 2010, press Excel, nothing happens. Used to work fine. Tried rebooting. Please help.

Windows 7
64 bit
Excel 2010

Hi Pam,
I just doubled checked it and it works fine on Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit. Perhaps some 3rd party software you are running is blocking it.
Is Excel still working independently? Also tried it successfully with XP and Payroll 2011.
