Maybe try it the opposite way ;)  First, make your decision, what you want to do - and then what case to put it in.
First mod? What are your electronics experience? Maybe a KIS-based one, but it requires some modding...

Makes sense. Decide what circuit you are building and what battery you will use and then measure for an enclosure

The first mod I built used the Evolv DNA12 module and was very easy to understand and build. The module is nice and small (23 X 17mm).  You have to be careful soldering as the solder points are close together.  I'm working on a second DNA12 mod now.  I also built a simple 3.7volt mod just for something to do.  Maybe try something simple like that for a first mod. I can't comment on the case since mine are custom made from wood.

Another thought: grab some small lighter and mod it into some mechanical mod (or maybe with a MOSFET-based switch).

Welcome Count Sorin to the forum

There are a bunch of mods from various members on this forum so maybe you can do some looking around here for ideas.
If you have questions on a particular mod, I'm sure members will be glad to help.

More i would like to see your's recomandation's but if it's so i would like to start with the most simple box mod:
 - DNA20
 - one or two Li-Po battery and USB charger
It is a good option to start? I have a friend who assamble this by a scheme who have about 15 year's of experience in electronic's...but he doesn't vape! :)

Well, DNA20 will be easier to make - it's a finished module, ready to install, while PTN04050C needs some additional assembling.

So i think DNA20,micro USB charger from Evolv, LI-Po from Hobby King, and Hammond enclosure from Farnell will be great to start.
What do i need more?

The DNA20 is simple to wire and get working but requires some tool skills such as cutting the box for the display and mounting it.
The LCD screen needs to be handled with care so not to break it at the ribbon cable.
Precautions should be taken to insulate parts when mounting in a metal box.

If you are using the batteries that I have used......
The internal clearance inside the box is 20mm. With (2) batteries and the DNA20 w/ the display folded over you would need 22.06mm. It will NOT fit. One battery will fit (16.06mm)

The Hammond box: Box Dimensions
Battery: Battery Dimensions
DNA20D: Dimensions

If you use a longer box like the Hammond 1455C1201, the DNA20D can be mounted above the batteries.

Check the physical size of the 2200mah for length and width
