In Windows Explorer, Open last years folder "C:\Program Files\Payroll 2011" or "C:\Payroll 2011" and copy the employees 2 files: "John E Doe.use" and "John E Doe.and" ONLY!
to the new folder "C:\Payroll 2012". Make sure before copying that both Payroll Programs are NOT opened.
After copying the said files, open the New Payroll software and choose "File", "Open". Find the copied employee's file name in the new folder "C:\Payroll 2012". After opening, select "File", "Save" before continuing with your calculations.
