I can't seem to inhale without coughing.
How can I get around not coughing?

I had the same experience. Try taking smaller puffs. Don't inhale like you would when you smoked cigarettes.
Vape slow and short. After a week or two, you should be able to over come the coughing.

Cut down the PG. This maybe whats causing it. Try switching to 100% VG and if it works, increase PG gradually.

I have read somewhere on a forum that cutting back on the nicotine level will help.
So many different opinions posted here. It's worth trying them all so not to go back to analogs.

I never had a problem vaping. Tried to get my ole lady to quit analogs and bought her a 510 ecig. She could not even take a drag without coughing so that didn't last long. She's back to smoking.

I know there are a few flavors that I cannot vape at all, and I have vaped for a reasonable time. Like Cinnamon Red Hots. I love the flavor, but can't vape it, well inhale it. My wife, on the other hand, can vape that all day long for weeks on end.

There are some people allergic to PG, as in the article on wiki, and cannot vape PG products at all. There are VG based flavors available as well as VG based nicotine. Might be a good option to try rather than to give up and smoke analogs again.

The only thing with VG, for some flavors, you have to make them so strong that it gets a little funky tasting just to get them to taste at all.

Just my opinions and observations, nothing scientific about it!

Are you putting vapor into your mouth first, then inhaling? Or, do you inhale the vapor directly to the lungs? Each method causes a different sensation.

Also, does this coughing happen on all of your atomizers or cartomizers, have you tried changing them around to see?

Finally, does this happen with all of your juices, and are all of your juices same vendor, mg level, pg/vg ratio...etc?

What is your setup and voltage (i.e. 3.7v eGo) and what resistance atty or carto are you using (i.e. LR 2 Ohm)? Those two things are important also.
