I've been tinkering by way of some graphics/engineering help from a friend and the 3D printing makes for very reasonable mods, price wise not all that much really.
Just last night I gave Plastic Dip rattle can a go on a print I manged to smudge up some. It gives the print a rubberized feel like an eGo battery but we'll have to see how it holds up over time.
As soon as I catch up with priorities I'll be re-installing a DNA 40 into this print which is the first print we have had done and we've made some alterations for users to our designs that are in the process of being printed now.
It's a total of four different prints we have going through the printing process now, two full mod prints of different types and two parts prints I plan to use for color alteration of buttons and such. We should be able to open our shop soon, if all goes well with these prints. What were doing is a modular design that has 20 parts for variations in builds modders might like and in these 20 parts are also prints for complete plastic parts for mods.
Some of the metal parts we're still working on pulling together to make the mods easier for those who don't have metal fab capabilities but it's coming together.
