Ok I submitted a sample request with them on Saturday and had a local rep call me this morning. He wanted to know which resistance I was after and so I am going to get a 200 ohm and 100k ohm.  I will keep you guys updated on how this goes.

I have been trying to find a 200 ohm pot that isn't a trimmer, and not a huge expensive wirewound.  Bourns lead time for a LOT of their items is quoted as 14 weeks at the moment, might have something to do with samples delays, who knows....

Heh, this might be a small age indicator...I figured I'd scrounge around the basement, see what I could find.  In the old Heathkit box, lo and behold.....a single 200ohm pot, never used.  It will work for testing, until I can source a suitable one, but I mean what kind of luck is that?

I found a listing on EHOW on free electronic samples and tried a few companies.

I'm new to building a mod from scratch. I've repaired and rebuilt some at my shop however. I'm wondering if there is a place that sells a package that contains everything I need to build Hammond style box mods like the Raptors?
