A fraction which returns a repeating or longer than
nine place decimal will be truncated to NINE PLACES
for simplicity. Therefore if you try to convert the
truncated decimal back into a fraction, you will get
a longer numerator/denominator fraction. However the
approximate decimal will be close to the value of the
fraction that you started with.
