Would you mind putting up a list of the part numbers and where you got the parts?  I am very interested in making a mod like this, but having trouble sourcing things.  Thanks.

I got most parts from the UK so you will have to search a bit:

Box: http://www.digikey.co.uk/product-detail/en/1550A/HM1178-ND/2211528

Firing button: http://www.stealthvape.co.uk/electronic-cigarette-mod-parts/ecig-mod-parts-momentary-switches/12mm-chromed-anti-vandal-momentary-switch

Tactile switches: http://www.digikey.co.uk/product-detail/en/KSJ0M211%2080SH%20LFT/401-1803-ND/1003867

Screen frame: http://www.shapeways.com/model/990301/mamu-s-dna20d-screen-cradle.html?li=search-results&materialId=25

DNA20D Board: http://www.vapeescape.co.uk/MODS--Advanced/Evolv-Products/DNA-20D-By-Evolv.html?cPath=

USB Board: http://www.vapeescape.co.uk/MODS--Advanced/Evolv-Products/DNA-Charging-Board.Html

Airflow base: http://www.vapeescape.co.uk/Vaping-Spares/Accessories/Airflow-Controller.html?cPath=

I had this spare 510 connector but only needed the the nut for the airflow base 510: http://www.stealthvape.co.uk/electronic-cigarette-mod-parts/ecig-mod-parts-battery-connectors/510-510-battery-connector-with-nut

Will have to shop around but atleast it gives you some of the names of the parts.

Hope it helps.
