Im building another VAMO mod, this time with a TP4056 usb charger.

im testing with an 18650 as its the only bat holder i have, but am planning to use a AW 18490 in my mod. will this affect my setup or does it stop charging when its fully charged regardless of bat capacity? Also, will i need fuses or is it ok how I've wired it up?
sorry for the noob questions but its a present for my brother and am worried about safety.
