This is a copper mod I made based on mods created by Breaktru. I Incorporated some of his design features as well. The biggest difference is the protective cap and fire button location. I work construction at times, and I've had issues with breaking and burning up atomizers in my pocket. With this mod, those days are over. Thank you for the inspiration Breaktru. More pics and video @ Learfx.com

Very nicely done and I like with what you came up with for the a button guard.
Great idea.

I like it Learfx, smart idea to protecting the button. :beer-toast:
Looks like a nice rugged construction type PV.
Did you ruff it up with coarse sandpaper for that construction look?
-
Thanks guys I'm glad you liked it. I did rough it up with plumbers sand cloth to clean it up a little. I also used photo editing software to sharpen up the image, so it looks a little rougher then it actually is. :yes"

That's one Manly Mod

This is experimental artwork using a laser printer, photo paper and a blow torch . The cut on the copper cap is a little rough but the image turned out surprisingly well. There was a lot of trial and error with getting the image to stick to the copper. The toner from the laser printer is tough and It will not come off when I scratch it with my finger nail. I wish I could do the rest of the mod but the heat would ruin the solder joints.

Wow Lear, that is beautiful.
Do you do tattoos as well?
-
Damn dude, that's sweet! :drooling:
Too bad you didn't think of doing that before you built the mod, huh?
Okay, now ya gotta disclose how you did it.
Fair is fair....out with it! :rules:

@ Breaktru.... Na, Google was my friend for that image. I have a hard enough time drawing stick figures, let alone intricate drawings.
@ timesarerough... It's the story of my life, a day late and a dollar short :wallbash: I'll do it on my next mod tho. The process of putting the image on the copper is easy. Find something you like, print it out on photo paper using a laser printer. Then the tricky part comes with trying to heat the copper up to the point where the toner from the printer sticks and the photo paper doesn't ;D But that's about it.
