You can get a free sample of the polycarbonate tubing needed for Dave's eJuice Tank Mod here:

You can order whatever size you wish, but if you're building Dave's eJuice Tank Mod, PC-21 is exactly what you'll need.

I'm not sure yet just how large or small your sample will be as I just now ordered it myself!

I got my free foot of polycarb tubing, My first tank mod attempt was not so good! LOL but easy to see what I did wrong. The PC tube also cracked like crazy. that part does not leak, just my washers.
Now, I think I may actually have enough stuff to build my first VV mod, well everything except the time to get working on it! LOL Been working extra hours so I can buy more stuff for the store.

I thought that the Polycarbonate material was virtually indestructible. I saw a video of a guy shooting it with a shot gun.

I just tryed to order some pc-04 to make new er tanks for my liquidnator. Yes i broke down and bought a few, should of gone with the stainless, but just the regular plastic end caps, any way i had some winter green frost my tank up so i decided to break out the micrometer and mesure, the end result for the standard 3 mill liquinator, pc-04 and i cant wait to get it in..

I ordered a sample of the HK-09 and he is sending me a small piece. He told me it runs about $2.92 a foot and is only sold in 100' coils, so would have to be straightened a little.
If it works well with my Anise and Cinnamon red hots, I may consider buying the 100' and sell it off in 1 foot pieces, heck, maybe just make some tank lengths and sell that, but will post here if it works out.

Thanks mate for posting a link for free sample. It is a good marketing strategy to that site to increase their visitors. Yes, but there are free samples of heat shrink out there none the less, but this is a different type of tubing, it does not shrink.. This is clear tubing, non shrinkin ridgid poly carbonate for making a tank, or tank tube to hold e juice m8..

I love polycarbonate (Lexan). It's like the miracle plastic. The only thing I don't like about the stuff is it's pretty soft and scratches easy. If you want to use it for a view cover, you have to get the hard coated stuff, I forget the names for it. Acrylic is much harder and doesn't scratch as easily, but it's not nearly as tough.

not yet....just the standard automated email after I submitted the sample request. we shall see :begging: let you know what happens. *side note: the grommet folks no longer give samples :no: got to buy, $10 min order aint too bad tho
