Yow! :vomit:
I use Fruit flavors for my Fruity eJuices and it is exclusively FlavourArt from various vendors.
The last bottle of Pineapple smelled like Cat Urine so I contacted the vender and they assured me it was 100% FlavourArt, the real deal.
Near the end of this bottle I noticed my juices were burning my lips to the point they were swollen and the vape was terrible and harsh.
Just dumped the remaining Pineapple and all the eJuices I made w/ it. What a waste.
Just want to point out that flavoring goes bad and may be harmful. :(

This a good example of the concerns I have with food flavorings.
Flavors are always a point of contention for me. Everything else that goes into my juice I can feel confident about, I know exactly what's in it. I've been paying top dollar for flavorings from Totally Wicked e-liquid since I know they are designed specifically for vaping. Most of the off-the-shelf flavorings are actually food flavors and may cause issues inhaling them into your lungs. I know there's at least two chemicals you have to watch out for, but I don't recall the exact names.
I'm thinking of trying some of the tobacco flavorings from Seedmans and Perfumers Apprentice. They are just so much cheaper. TW is not known for the best prices in e-cig supplies. More the opposite, but you can get decent prices when they have sales and they seem to have them often.

I wonder if refrigeration would help on some flavoring?

Unfortunately Totally Wicked only does PG, so I can not use. I have email confirmation.
As to your watch list, I think you are thinking of 'tri' and the one in creams/vanillas (name escapes me). I would add PEG, PEG200, PEG400.

While I have PA and FA in my list, I suspect them a bit too, as they are primarily food flavorings, not vape tested. At least I have found no evidence of any testing. >:(
FWIW, I react almost instantly to PG. This latest batch from Bluemist Vaping is pretty good. And no reactions.

CraigHB, triacetin was the name. Sorry I pulled a brain lock there.
Breaktru,
I thought so, good to know that my memory is not totally fried. That PA Pineapple flavoring is on the 'reacts with polycarbonate' list. That list was created by ECF Ultra Member My4Jewels, and hosted on the BigDaddyVapor site. I note the site as there might be updates. If it messes with poly, I do not want it. Here is the latest version of that list, as I know you modders might need it.

I have used FA Pineapple and Orange for Seven months (since August) in a polycarbonate tank with no adverse effects.
The pineapple that I had a problem with had obviously gone bad and it was in a Cartomizer w/ NO polycarbonate.

Good work Lib, :thankyou:

You are most welcome, Shirl.
Two updates. (Thank you for posting, the system email alerted to me, which reminded me to make them!)
First: I have replaced all the commercial tanks with the syringe tank mod. Think DIY tanks. You might want to search for it.
Second: A couple of drops of BlueMistVaping's sweetener has recovered a couple of soured 30ml bottles of juice.
