Those Chinese makers will sell to anyone if you meet the MOQ (min order quantity).  It's actually pretty easy to do business with them.  I've gone to them a few times for different things.  They've been pretty reliable.  They want your business.  Many will take PayPal, but some only take a bank TT (wire transfer) which has like a $40 fee on my end.

Picked up a few of those in an ECF co-op a few weeks ago, not  too shabby for China.  Heavy as hell, drill  wick  hole out  to 1/8", 45x80mm wick,  works pretty  good.  Only downer is the SS tank, I like to see the juice level.  But a 10-12ml syringe body will fit in  place  of  it, and I  think OCD  from IBTanked is making glass tanks for them.
