I figured I should post a short introduction now...
Hello! I'm KiDD... I've been vaping for almost a year and have mostly quit smoking cigars!
I am a CS and EE student and I am looking to build my own dream PV. That is why I joined, so much information!

Congrats on almost quitting cigars entirely. Ya gotta dump those things and devote 100% to vaping.
When your ready for your mod building don't hesitate to ask. Someone will chime in to offer assistance. We have some good people here.

Hi DJ, welcome to the forum.

If you want, mod building can provide some great learning projects for you.  Don't know how far along you are in your EE program, but once you've done your control systems and AC circuit theory courses, try designing a voltage mode switching converter.  That will give your EE education a workout.
