Title: How do I set NO TAX withholdings

Customer:
How do I pay an independent employee for whom we withhold NO taxes at all? There net pay would = their gross pay with no withholdings.

Answer:
After creating the new user/employee, go to the menu "Options", "User Info" and check the boxes "Federal Tax Exempt" and "Soc. Sec. Medicare Tax Exempt". Next check that no tax is selected in "Option", "State Tax" and "City Tax" forms. Don't forget to "File", "Save".
