If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  Though that would be great, sounds like the perfect battery.

I agree...they left out a few details like capacity and voltage properties.

Sounds interesting tho.

Yeah, that's the thing, if you exclude voltage, capacity, and efficiency there's rechargeable batteries on grocery shelves that already meet the claims they made.  Though they implied performance would surpass that of a Li-Ion cell, but they didn't back it up with any specs.

You hear these next new battery claims all the time.  I've been hearing them for years and have yet to see anything that beats a Lithium based cell.  I tend not to believe them, but still would love to see something better.

 If it were true (and it might be for all I know) that would change the world in many respects. However, they said that about the bloom box and apparently hat fizzled out as well. Every home would have one in 5 years or so, they said that on 60 minutes. I must have mowed over mine without knowing. Smoke and mirrors I guess.                           Bruce
