Title: Reg Key Error

Customer.......
We received your letter regarding software registration. thank you. however, the registration key you gave us is not working. we can't register with that key. please assist us to solve this problem.

What version do you have? Did you download from a site other than BreakTru Software?
Make sure the file you are downloading is the file you are installing. The file pay2k.zip is the same name as the old one. It may not be overwriting(replacing) on download. If you try the old key and it works, then you will know that it is in deed the old file.

Letter cAsE is important.

Can a hidden space be before or after the key code? Click in the reg key and use the arrow key and see if the cursor moves an extra space before or after the key code.

Do you have your system setup for LANGUAGE other than English. I had other customers with a similar problem who had Arabic enabled. He had to turn it off.
On your PC's Control Panel go into Regional Options and make sure the Language Settings are (English) and (Western Europe and United States). You can put it back to what you had after you register Payroll. During encoding the registration key, the foreign settings incorrectly decoded the reg key.
