Title: annual pay for owner
Post by: Tom on January 23, 2011, 07:06:36 PM
Looking over the software - I think I get what you are doing. I should not have a user named "Arizona" but rather one user/file for each employee?

I see hourly, is there a function for salary (or do you just type in their weekly pay in the "pay in dollar amount" field?

I pay myself annually only. Is there a function for annual pay? This has a huge effect on withholdings.

thanks,
Tom

PS - any chance of changing your icon? I use the calculator ALL the time, so to have the payroll software have the same icon is confusing. In fairness, I think "calculator" claimed it first....

Right below your thread there is a thread called State Setup. It says to rename your State to the employee name.

Yes, in the pay in dollar amount

Sorry, biweekly and weekly only.
