The most common carriers for flavor are Propylene Glycol and its derivatives, Ethyl Alcohol, Vegetable Glycerin, and Triacetin.

Maybe that company has a sub called TFA. That would be the answer to one of my questions.

Yes, TFA is part of TPA. They seem very pro with their details, recipes, and all.
They used to sell Tobbacco Absolute and Tobacco Extract, but seem to have stopped these, made from REAL tobacco. Any one know why? It was really a base ideal.
Their other products, under "Professional Flavours" in the TFA section, are really quite good, IMO, and you don't need too much, in between 5-15%.
But if you order directly from them, snail mail is an understatement! I'm in France and it took about 3 weeks, from Italy!

 :thumbsup:  They are a very good company. I am in the States and sometimes it does take them a week or two.  Might depend on how much is ordered.

Yes they are a very good company.  I am in the states and they are on one coast and I am on the other, I get my order usually in just a few days.
 ;cheers;
