I have been using remind for a couple of months with no problems. Now it has started telling me run-time error 13: type mismatch. What is that and how do I fix it?

Hi Don,

Sounds like the record file has somehow been corrupted.
Either reinstall or use the attached file to replace your file.
Your saved entries will be lost. Before replacing the file "Remind.dat"
Open yours in Notepad and print it out if you need to look at it. Also, copy it to a temp folder and DO NOT attempt to edit it in Notepad.

Best Regards,
Dave Giordano

Hi Dave,

I moved that file to the temp folder, then started the prog with your file. Then I closed the prog and overwrote your file with the old one from the temp folder. It starts fine and my data is still there ok. As with all programs, the data was the most important part and losing that would not be good.
Thanks, Don
