Yes, that's a large battery. That's a LiFePO4 cell which has a lower nominal voltage. That may or may not be a problem depending on what you want to do with it.
The energy density with those is not hugely greater than a lead acid battery in terms of volume, but they are better in terms of weight. They are not particularly safe batteries either. The claim is that LiFePO4 cells are a safer chemistry, but based on the instances I've read of fire with them, that doesn't seem to be the case.
The main problem with that one is finding a charger for it. If you attempt to use a standard 3.7V Li-Ion charger, that cell will die a horrible death and probably take the house down with it.
