Modified Raptor PV Design
« on: October 01, 2014, 01:27:52 PM »
Here is an upgrade to the Raptor Mamu posted. It is a milled Red Oak block with a dedicated protection board and preferred vishay adjustment pot.
I'm NOT finished yet as I have no planer so I have to hand sand the second board down to size to make the lid and I'm not showing a completed soldering job on the chip as some may try to duplicate the capacitor soldering job and be mad at me because they fried their boards trying

Specs as follows

3v - 6.5/7v  loaded vs unloaded

amperage at  5 sec pulse 34 (don't ask how I do it I just do  oh_my: )

I'll add completed pics and find someone to do a cloud when I finish the lid in a few days (I'm not a cloudchaser I just build the hardware and make it safe)
