I am looking for a board, or I can get the board fabbed that I can piggy back on my project that would display voltage, wattage, resistance and battery level when the output is sensed.

Please let me know..

Sounds like a job for an arduino, an OLED, some simple electronics and a bit of code. I doubt if you'll get something like that off the shelf though.
