The Federal Tax Rates have changed for 2021 as well as the Social Security max.
Several State tax rates have also changed.

The new 2021 Federal tax rates from the I.R.S.'s Publication 15-T "Percentage Method Tables for Manual Payroll Systems With Forms W-4 From 2019 or Earlier" were used.

Several State withholding tax rates have changed and are included. Some States have yet to post change notices so check back often in case of late changes to State rates.
