I was generating payroll using this years version for the first time today, and found that in the 'Year-To-Date' form, the first user's data shows up in all the other users' forms and must be overwritten. Any suggestions will be appreciated !

This is because the default year to date form has been populated with figures. To prove this, Open Payroll. Before opening a user, click on the year to date form. There should be NO data in the boxes. If there is, right click to clear the lines and then the save button.
When creating a new user, the File, New should be used before entering data in any of the form fields. Otherwise this info will be saved over the default user's file.
