Hi, first of great piece of software, have used it for a few years now and still my prefered calculator, but have a couple of problems.
Have set the grams and saved as default but when I open one of the preinstalled  rec files it reads 0 grams. How do you set it to automatically display the preset weight when opening these files.
Another problem I have is regarding the set nic weight, I use mainly pg nic but occassionaly use vg nic for high vg mixes and quite often forget to adjust the nic weight. Is it possible to add another field to accomadate the two bases.
Also would it also be possible to set the calculator to show a bulk mix for just a flavour base  to be mixed with pg/vg/nic at a latter stage, (if you see what I mean). At the mo have been exporting to another calculator to get the one shot mixes, would be nice to have everything in one place
Thanks

Hey Rob,
The existing recipes are saved w/ zero gram settings and will have to be set to your gram weights. Sorry.

I'll consider a feature for the VG and PG nic difference for a future update.

Also will look into a pre-mix option. Thanks for your input Rob.

Im having the same problem , we need a separate (PG) & (VG) NICOTINE weight , in the GRAM SET . I use 100mg per mL in PG & VG to get my percentages right and some times I for get to change it   :wallbash:. My (VG) weight is 1.235 grams per mL and my (PG) is 1.035 per mL. so the difference is 0.200 and causes a over or under on my nic mix.  But the calculator is grate and is the only one i use  :rockin smiley:

Becoming a big fan of the app. I love that I can save my recipe stats and just open a particular one when I need it.

My problem, I can't figure out how to get the recipe calculation data out of the app. Is there a way to copy&paste the output table into a word document for example?

I make a lot of juice all at once. Several different recipes. So I always get on my computer and put together a "Mix Plan" before going down to the lab. I would hate to have to use a whole sheet of paper for each bottle that I'm making.

Let me know!

Welcome to the forum beezo.
The software can only print one recipe at a time.
Perhaps printing on the back side of the paper will cut your paper use to half.
Sorry beezo.

Hi!!
Great calculator ! !! Thanks for the effort.
I have a question / problem. When I print a recipe, the flavour name overlaps onto my ml's. :(
I tried to print landscape, but the same result ......
Am I missing something????

Hi Jason. Welcome to the forum. Glad you like the calculator.
Perhaps the flavoring name is too long. Try abbreviating it. The character space allowed is limited in order to fit.

Setting up for Gram weight:

After first starting eJuice Me Up, Go to "Tools", "Grams Set" and enter your values then click "OK".
After entering values, go to the top menu "File", "Save As Default" keeping the file name "Default.dft" so that the calc will remember the settings for each new recipe you create.
If it's an existing recipe, you will have to enter the gram weights then save the recipe to retain.

Hi,
I have a question.
I can print my recipe but without the "Comments/Notes" I have added !!!!
The only way I can print the "Comments/Notes", is "Print Image", but gives me the whole screen shot ............
Have I got something  wrong??

Print Image is the only option for printing Comments and Notes.
The Print Card won't show comments due to the condensed size.

Go to "File Explorer" and copy recipe files ending in ".rec" and ".rec2" to a location of your choosing. Like an external hard drive or thumb drive.
Example recipe file: Strawberry_Ice_Cream.rec and Strawberry_Ice_Cream.rec2

The recipe files will be located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Breaktru Software\eJuice Me Up, unless you installed the program elsewhere.

In the event of a herd drive crash. You would download and install eJuice Me Up, then copy the backed up recipe files to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Breaktru Software\eJuice Me Up folder.

How does this work with Nic Salt? As nicotine strength is typically 25mg 35mg 50mg, does it matter or would you input this in the same way as calculating freebase which the software assumes?

Yes, it is exactly the same. Enter it the same way.

Yup. Nicotine Salts should be entered as you would for Freebase Nicotine

Hi Freedog,
Yeah, still 10 flavoring limit.
But if you have flavorings that have equal amounts added you can double up on a flavoring line.
Like:
3% strawberry and 3% cream, you can enter 6% Strawberry/Cream and split the added calculation. Say if the result says to add 4 ml you would add 2 ml of Strawberry and 2ml of Cream.
