Error message "Illegally Destroyed Data"

Customer Jeff writes:
I recently purchased and downloaded a copy of your payroll software, the third consecutive year using this software with very satisfactory results. This time however I did something wrong and now when I try to open an employee file I get the error message that I have illegally altered the program and destroyed some data.

My Response was:
It is basically a simple fix. You HAVE TO open a file to restore the software's federal tax memory location.

On the main form go to File, Open and navigate to the folder "C:\Program Files\Payroll 200X"
Some how you opened a file in another folder. The software needs to find the Federal Tax file
in the default folder.
