I am having problems. I installed it and am attempting to do weekly payroll for existing employees. The settings for all employees is weekly payroll and no state tax, and all employee paychecks are being calculated as biweekly with some (no clue as to what state) state tax being withheld. Please advise.

You must select BiWeekly in the "User Info" form. The default pay frequency is weekly. Sounds like you did not set it up. Please read Help file topic: "Initial Setup".
