Print Your Own Labels
« on: July 31, 2011, 05:59:05 PM »
The best quality to print labels is with Adobe Illustrator because the graphics and text are scalable. Which means a sharper font and graphic.
I created a few labels with Illustrator and exported to a Photoshop .psd and a .jpg. The 3 formats are included in a zip file which can be downloaded here: http://ejuice.breaktru.com/ejuice_template.zip

This is what the template looks like. I use the un-used side labels from a Memorex CD/DVD sheet. After printing DVD disc labels, I save it for my juice labels.

This is what the labels look like on the bottles............

Thanks buddy, this is very convenient and professional looking for my bottles.
I'm using the Adobe Illustrator ones and it's great because I can edit them for any type of juice.

I don't have Illustrator but the photoshop file is great too. Probably not as crisp as it would be in Illustrator but it's a 100 times better than what I was using. Thank you breaktru.

I basically make all of your 7 flavorings that you created
so this template is absolutely wonderful on my 10ml bottles.
I've been asked where one can buy the juice and I'm proud to say: "I made it myself" thanks to breaktru.

Nice labels breaktru. Adds some class to my previous hand written ones.
The Illustrator one is top shelf.

I use Microsoft Publisher, works great, easy to format too. Another one that is free is Maestro Label Designer (if you buy their labels, if not very inexpensive), from Online labels.

Awesome,Just what we were looking for.I was able to get label paper at our local $1.00 store. They are just full size sheets of paper,So I cut them by hand,This will save me so much time,I have only been doing DYI about a month,I never thought about labels,But they are a MUST.I tried writing on 30 mil glass with a sharpie,It worked but was more of a pain than anything.
