I store my stocks of PG and VG in the freezer.  The stuff pretty much never expires if you keep it cold.

The first time I tried to do a sample order through P&G, I never got it.  When I used my business email and address, I got it in less than a week.  I can only surmise they won't honor sample requests if they don't appear to be a business.  I asked for 2 pints, they sent me 2 gallons.  Needless to say, I won't be buying any VG for a while.

I also use Essential Depot.  Best prices and quality I've found to date.  They only sell larger quantities though.  It's fine for me since I buy for my wife as well.  We're both heavy vapers.

They might have quit filling samples with the run of requests they've been getting.

I had another big company quit filling samples for me, that was Microchip.  That hurt since I use a lot of their stuff and I can request three sample orders a month on my sign-in.  The orders go through, but they never send the parts.  Can't figure out what's up with that.  The company is doing well so that's not the problem.
