Welcome to the forum and congrats on your two weeks of freedom from those awful cancer sticks.  :cheer:

I started vaping with a similar product and it worked. Got me to quite smoking.
I soon upgraded to an eGo which was great for several months until I got into modding.

Keep it up Hanim, you well on your way to a healthier way of life.

Welcome and you found the best forum out there! So many options, so many choices, just take your time and enjoy breathing!

Try not to get overwhelmed by all of the options, this forum has some fantastic help for just about any questions you might have and PLEASE be careful if you get into DIY not to venture without asking first. Nicotine is dangerous to work with if you do not know what the dangers are.

being new I'm still trying to get my post count up enough to post a new thread. could you guys suggest some threads? my mod isn't much, its just a puck mod with a aga t+. I saw mention somewhere of people robbing parts from old computer mother boards to make mods. I have a few old PCs that I could rob from.

Welcome phoenix
3 posts are required for members to start a "New Topic". Your next post will be 4. You can show your puck mod in a new topic. The title is your choice. "Puck Mod", "My Puck Mod" or what ever. Start it in the Modding category --> HERE

As far as taking parts from old electronics to make a mod, I agree with CraigHB. It's not worth it. Components are cheap enough to buy new. Unsoldering can lead to heat damage of parts. See his post here

Hmmm.......
One has to wonder about the intentions of Mr. hanim. He signed up as a member, made this one post and has not been back in 2 years. The link he posted is non existent. Perhaps he was a spammer? What do you think breaktru

Hey Mr. smithpack0 and welcome to the forum. You are welcome to join us and participate as long as it is not related to vender products. We don't see many vapers from China only venders.

Hey Mr. smithpack0 and welcome to the forum.

:thankyou:  Thanks for this warm welcome

You are welcome to join us and participate as long as it is not related to vender products.

You already know,I am a vendor representative of ecig web site and we had small interaction today on Canada e cig forum and there I am sub forum sponsorer with private space to advertise but my private space is semi full with newbie guides so you can assume me a newbie guider.

We don't see many vapers from China only venders.
Because almost 95% e cigs are produced in China and vendors come to forums to aware the vapors related to their products.Almost every forum have vendor section except you as I understand your business philosophy.

Hi Andy and welcome to the forum. If you can't find what you are looking for, just post a question in the appropriate category or topic.

BTW: smith was asked nicely not post his ecig vender website link but continued to do so in each and every post he made (links were deleted).

Hey guys & gals...Noob here too. Been lurking for a while and think I've read almost every post made. Lots of great info here and everyone seems very friendly and willing to help us currently "challenged" folks. Been learning quite a bit while reading the threads and just have to give a lot of credit to Breaktru for his awesome calculator. New to DIY and will make life so much easier. Been off the stinky analogs for about a couple months now and soooo glad I got away from them. The Ex turned me on to vaping which had gotten her to quit smoking. Tired of paying for pre-mixed juice which sometimes varies from one bottle to the next so I'm going to try my hand at DIY. Just got my supplies in a couple days ago from Wizard Labs with Flavor Apprentice flavorings and 100 mg/ml nic. I see there's a few Sunshine State vapers here. Anyone down here in the south end? Anyway, I'm rambling so I'll end it here. I look forward to being here, learning and participating. Laterzzz.

Welcome SmokinGun and congrats on quitting the stinkys.
Yes, pre-mixed juice can be costly and like you said can taste different between batches. It's nice to have control over what you vape by making DIY eJuice. It's been over 3 yrs since I bought my last pre-mix.
Looking at the member list I found many Florida members. Only a few have actually posted some thing. You can find them in the Florida Vapers thread

Thanks Breaktru. Read through the FL Vapers thread. Seems like most are in the Tampa area which is quite a ways away from me.

scared: Well hello vapors. I just found this site and whew am I glad. If I may bore you for a few please allow me to share my story.
06/13 of 2014 was my 60th birthday. I have been smoking heavily for 45 years. In the weeks prior to my birthday I noticed several people puffing on mods. Yes, I had tried one of the elcheapo puffers from a convenience store. That sucked as you all know.
The Thursday (12th) before my Bday I noticed a vap shop (our first) had opened up. I pulled in and spent about 60 bucks for a KangerTech pro2, a decent battery and some peach juice. Smoked 2 cigs that day and ONLY three puffs the next day and haven't smoked since. Been almost 3 weeks now.
No big deal right! Except in years past I have tried every stop smoking method I could think of from patches to gum to pills to hypnosis and nothing worked. The purchase I made on that Thursday was on impulse as I had not given any thought to quiting in a long time. Without even really trying vapping simply worked for me!
The reason for such a long first post is to say hi to everyone and hope my story might lend itself to helping some smoker give vaping a try and subsequently QUIT cigs.
