Happy Friday! I just found this place today, Friday and happen to be a noob. This caclulator was recommended on th One Stop DIY Shop site, so here I am! I have already done some mixing of a 50/50 unflav base with some initial flavours I acquired (menthol, watermelon, Amber, malitol) using a different calc. This calc allows much more control than the other I used.

Already picking up great tips regarding the process to avoid noob mistakes.

This is my first post to this forum.

Yes several ecig venders have placed a link to my eJuice Me Up calculator on their web site.  Glad you found it and congrats on your DIY mixing.

Hey Zeus,
Why aren't you talking about the Super Typhoon that is pounding the Philippians. Hope you are alright.

I am generally ok,thanks for asking.
the city where i work and live (2 different cities) are doing well,i mean not so much damage ,to be honest it was just normal rain, normal flood

compared to other places in the philippines like the provinces those are completely wrecked in a matter of hours, specially bicol...who just experienced a magnitude 8 earthquake weeks before this storm...

Zeus, my daughter is in the navy, currently in Hong Kong. I am sure they will be supporting any way they can.  The Typhoon looks to be ready to hit Vietnam next.

Happy Friday!  Hello and welcome to the board and the wonderful world of DIY. WARNING!!! ever hear that old saying "sometimes a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing?" Among myself, I have heard the same thing over and over. Once you get into the DIY world you find yourself immersed in a never ending thirst for knowledge of it because there is so much to learn and SO MUCH TO PURCHASE. You may find yourself reading about a juice or a certain vaping device and you start saying to yourself "I need that" to just about everything. I have enough juice I produces and purchased ready made as well. What I have on hand, right now is about one and a half years worth of supplies and juices. Take it slow at first. Before you hit that final "confirm purchase" button, put it on hold until the next day and then decide if you still need it or just want it. Big difference. Good luck to you and once again welcome. May God Bless you and yours.
Ron

So do I, I'll go full bore with one thing then drop it to move on to something else.  I have the classic male inability to do more than one task at a time.

Yes, hehe, I hate to admit I can be a real obsessor at times, but only with projects, fortunately.  I'm not a control freak by any means, at least I hope not.

I reload my own ammo
I make my own juice
I grow peppers and make my own hot sauce
I build my own guns
I brew my own beer
I used to golf

Of all of my hobbies, I quit golfing. I have reloaded enough ammo for the zombie apocalypse, so my expense is minimal for recreational shooting. I learned early on that I could easily go to the tempting dark side to do it all, so I moderate myself.

Reloading ammo, vaping and making e-juice are the smartest moves I have made regarding cost savings over time. The money saved not buying cigs could now allow me to start golfing again;)
I don't save much making brew, I just like doing it. Building guns (legally) is a wash as I only build them for myself and have no more room for any more.

Now the quest for the perfect juice is afoot! Is there such a thing? Time will tell.....

For sure.  In terms of cost, vaping is pretty much inconsequential between mixing my own juice and rebuilding my atomizers.  Now building mods, that's a different story.  I spare no expense there.  Custom parts are expensive, there's no way around that.

Being in the US, we have some great suppliers here for bulk e-liquid ingredients.  I find the biggest savings through Wizard Labs for nic base, The Perfumer's Apprentice (aka Flavor Apprentice) for flavorings, and Essential Depot for PG and VG.

Cool hobbies SoCal. Like the reloading and gun making
I too reload. Haven't done that in awhile. I have plenty of ammo on hand. There is no public ranges around here. The one I use to shoot at closed up.

You live in the one state worse than California for shooting. That really sucks.
